  • Problem Resolution: Analyze customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and collaborate with internal teams to find effective solutions. Take ownership of customer concerns and follow through to ensure resolution, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions. Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and support documentation. Generate regular reports on common customer issues to help improve overall product and service quality.
