Position: Marketing Staff

About the Role:

We're looking for a bright and enthusiastic Marketing Staff member to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Assisting with the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, and influencer marketing.
• Creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay on top of industry trends.
• Supporting with data analysis and reporting to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
• Managing and maintaining Myntra's social media presence.
• Working collaboratively with other teams, such as design, content, and product to ensure a seamless marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies for specific campaigns or product launches.
• Create engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and videos.
• Monitor social media conversations and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Identify and partner with relevant influencers to reach new audiences.
• Generate content calendars and manage social media scheduling tools.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, design, and scheduling.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
• Conduct market research to identify customer trends and preferences.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate marketing results to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0-2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role (freshers are welcome to apply).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and analytical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and marketing tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
• A passion for fashion and e-commerce.
