Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create effective sales strategies and execute them to ensure profitability and growth. Identify new sales opportunities and focus on providing consultative support by building value propositions for the customer.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and ensure that all the issues are resolved promptly.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare sales reports and forecasts. Use data to identify sales opportunities and areas where improvement is needed.
