Job Summary

We're seeking a talented and detail-oriented Analyst to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for the entire data analysis lifecycle, from data acquisition and cleaning to building insightful reports and dashboards. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across Paytm, including product, marketing, and operations, to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources using SQL and Python.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize product features and marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in data analytics.
• Identify opportunities to automate data analysis processes and workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis or a related role (for freshers, exceptional academic record and strong data analysis skills will be considered).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and scripting (a plus).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI (a plus).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
