- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Document and track customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions to contribute to ongoing process improvement.
- Product Knowledge and Training:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Pidilite's product offerings, features, and updates to effectively assist customers.
- Provide training and guidance to customers on product usage, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about upcoming product releases and improvements, ensuring customers are well-informed.
