  • Supervise, train, and mentor a team of customer service executives, and monitor their performance and productivity.
    Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, and provide effective solutions and feedback.
    Implement and improve customer service policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with Big Basket’s standards and values.
    Analyze customer service data and reports, and identify areas of improvement and best practices.
    Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders, such as operations, logistics, marketing, etc., to ensure smooth and seamless customer service delivery.
