The Position: Delivery Partner

Job Summary

• Pick up prepared food orders from restaurants.
• Deliver orders to customers' locations efficiently and safely, adhering to traffic rules and regulations.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
• Ensure the safe and proper handling of food orders.
• Utilize the Swiggy Delivery Partner app to navigate, track deliveries, and manage communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach assigned restaurants on time to pick up orders.
• Verify order details and ensure food items are complete and secure.
• Navigate efficiently using the Swiggy Delivery Partner app for optimal delivery routes.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding order updates and delivery timings.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance while delivering orders.
• Uphold Swiggy's high standards for customer service and satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A valid two-wheeler driving license (Scooter or Motorcycle)
• A smartphone with a reliable internet connection
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to quality service
• Proficiency in navigating using maps and GPS applications (preferred)
