• Customer Engagement:

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively, striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Order Management:
  • Monitor and manage customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any order-related issues.
  • Work closely with delivery partners and restaurant partners to streamline order fulfillment processes.
