• Order Management: Efficiently handle order-related concerns, including tracking, cancellations, and modifications. Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct follow-up interactions with customers to gather feedback and assess their level of satisfaction. Proactively identify areas for improvement in our processes and contribute to the enhancement of our overall customer support service.
