• Team Leadership:

  • Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on new policies, procedures, and industry trends.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Monitor and evaluate customer service interactions to maintain a high standard of service quality.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the customer service team.
  • Proactively identify and address customer issues, working closely with team members to resolve complex cases and ensure customer satisfaction.
