- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing restaurant partners, understanding their needs and ensuring overall satisfaction with Swiggy's services.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to enhance the partnership and drive revenue growth.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
- Sales Strategy Execution:
- Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, collaborating with the sales team and other departments as necessary.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new business opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and stay informed about industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and reports to showcase the value proposition of Swiggy's solutions.
