• Account Receivables Management:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer billing inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
• Customer Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate positive relationships with customers by providing clear and concise information regarding their outstanding payments.
  • Address customer concerns and inquiries professionally, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the collections process.
• Documentation and Reporting:
