    • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Order Management:
    • Coordinate with various departments to track and manage customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any order-related concerns.
    • Collaborate with delivery partners and restaurant partners to optimize order fulfillment processes.
    • Monitor and manage order cancellations, refunds, and returns, maintaining a balance between customer satisfaction and business objectives.
