• Customer Engagement and Satisfaction:
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and gather feedback to enhance their overall experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues, striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Implement and maintain customer success metrics to measure and improve customer satisfaction levels.
• Account Management:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, building strong relationships with restaurant partners.
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimize restaurant performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive increased revenue.
  • Conduct regular account reviews, providing insights and recommendations to enhance the partner's success on the Swiggy platform.
