• Customer Assistance:
  • Respond promptly to customer queries, concerns, and issues via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about Swiggy's services, delivery status, and resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Order Management:
  • Monitor and manage incoming orders, ensuring seamless processing and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with delivery partners and restaurants to address order-related challenges and optimize the overall delivery process.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues in the order fulfillment pipeline to enhance service efficiency.
