• Client Relationship Management:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues promptly, aiming for quick resolution and client satisfaction.
• Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
  • Track key performance metrics for assigned clients, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide clients with regular performance reports, offering insights and recommendations to enhance their visibility and reach on the Swiggy platform.
  • Work closely with clients to optimize their menu listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities, ensuring mutual growth and success.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal operational teams, facilitating smooth onboarding processes and addressing operational challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements based on client feedback and market trends.
