The Position:

TCS is seeking passionate and driven Customer Care Agents to join our growing team. In this remote position, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. You'll be the first line of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Job Summary:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and answer client questions accurately and efficiently.
  • Research and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
  • Document interactions and maintain detailed client records.
  • Proactively identify client needs and recommend solutions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively listen to client concerns and identify the root cause of issues.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Research and provide accurate information on TCS products and services.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Experience:

  • This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
