About the Role:

In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for driving sales of our online courses across various categories. You'll prospect for potential learners, understand their educational needs, and guide them towards the perfect course fit. Your persuasive communication and strong understanding of our offerings will be key in converting leads into paying subscribers. You'll also play a crucial role in building long-term relationships with our learner community, fostering their overall learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels, including outbound calling, email marketing, and online outreach.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments with prospective learners to understand their academic goals and recommend suitable courses.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits and value proposition of our online learning platform.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively, exceeding assigned sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing learner queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports to contribute to data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate effectively with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure a smooth learner journey.
  • Continuously learn about new courses and offerings to stay updated on the latest educational trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree (any discipline) preferred; relevant sales experience a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets in a B2C or EdTech environment (highly desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with a persuasive and results-oriented approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Indian education landscape and current educational trends (advantageous).
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a passion for learning and development.

Experience:

We welcome applications from both freshers and experienced professionals. For freshers, a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn will be highly valued.
