We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our Operations team at Unacademy. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of your assigned category, building and maintaining relationships with educators, and analyzing data to suggest inputs for improvement.

    • Ensuring that all deadlines and milestones are met
    • Tracking and monitoring key performance indicators
    • Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Build and maintain relationships with educators, including:
    • Providing support and guidance
    • Resolving any issues or concerns
    • Ensuring that educators are meeting all requirements
  • Analyze various project level data and suggest inputs for improvement of educator's performance
