• Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to Unilever's products and services. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to generate interest and drive sales opportunities.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Proactively follow up on leads to nurture and convert prospects into loyal customers.
• Sales Target Achievement: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Utilize persuasive communication skills to close deals, upsell products, and contribute to the overall revenue growth of Unilever.
