Responsibilities:

1. Invoice Processing:
   • Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
   • Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts, resolving discrepancies when necessary.
   • Maintain a well-organized digital and physical record of invoices and supporting documents.
2. Payment Processing:
   • Prepare and execute payments to vendors, including checks, ACH transfers, and wire transfers.
   • Maintain vendor payment information and assist in resolving payment-related inquiries.
   • Ensure payments are made on time and in accordance with payment terms and agreements.
3. Vendor Relations:
   • Collaborate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries.
   • Build and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers.
   • Assist in vendor onboarding and vendor data maintenance.
