The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing the marketing communications strategy for Unilever. This includes developing and managing all aspects of the company's brand messaging, advertising, public relations, and social media marketing. The Marketing Communications Manager will work closely with the Director of Marketing to ensure that all marketing communications are aligned with the company's overall business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.
• Create and manage all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction.
• Implement online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, etc.
• Oversee the development and execution of public relations campaigns.
• Track the effectiveness of all marketing communications campaigns and make necessary adjustments as needed.
• Manage and develop a team of marketing communications professionals.
