Respond to user inquiries and requests for assistance through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues related to desktops, laptops, peripherals, software applications, and network connectivity.
Implement solutions to resolve issues efficiently, including remote troubleshooting, software installations, and configuration changes.
Document all support interactions and maintain accurate records for future reference.
Escalate complex issues to senior support personnel as needed.
